2. Medical Services
HealingPath provides medical services by appointment only. All medical procedures are performed by licensed, board-certified physicians in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations. Medical advice provided through this website or during consultations does not replace in-person medical evaluation.
3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent cases. No-show appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Confidentiality
All patient information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we protect your information.
5. Limitation of Liability
HealingPath provides medical services with the highest standard of care. However, medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
